A well-established B2B media company specialising in print and digital publishing, as well as industry conferences, is seeking a confident and driven Advertising Sales Manager to join their growing team.
You’ll be responsible for managing advertising sales across two established trade publications in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, both of which are respected global brands in their fields. The role involves selling advertising space across print, web, and newsletters to a portfolio of existing and new international clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sell display advertising across print and digital platforms
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients globally
3. Identify and win new business opportunities
4. Meet and exceed individual sales targets
5. Prepare and present tailored sales proposals
6. Liaise with editorial teams and conduct web-based research
7. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (primarily in Europe)
8. Contribute to ongoing competitor and market analysis
Requirements
9. Confident, articulate, and professional telephone manner
10. Minimum A-level education (degree preferred)
11. Proven success in sales, ideally within publishing, media, or advertising
12. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
13. Self-motivated, organised, and entrepreneurial
14. Understanding of both print and digital advertising sales
15. Willingness to travel for trade events when required
Package
16. Base salary: £29,000–£30,000
17. Commission: 3% per sale, uncapped (OTE £40,000–£45,000)
18. Location: South London (office-based)
