Div p Reporting to the Divisional Director of Operations and professionally accountable to the Divisional Director, the General Manager is responsible for the operational and strategic management of a large, complex directorate across the Trust. /p p The post holder leads service delivery and improvement at scale, managing multiple services/sites, and influencing regional and system-wide developments.
