We’re currently partnered with a UK transport and infrastructure organisation that is looking to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead their engineering recruitment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles across the UK and Ireland Work closely with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and skills forecasting Manage international hiring, including Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship processes Oversee and continuously improve the engineering apprenticeship programme in collaboration with external providers Develop attraction strategies targeting colleges, communities and internal mobility Monitor early careers engagement and improve candidate journeys through data and feedback Deliver improvements to time-to-hire and quality-of-hire while ensuring compliance across recruitment processes Essential Experience Demonstrable experience recruiting into engineering, technical or infrastructure sectors Strong working knowledge of UK immigration processes, specifically Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship Experience developing or managing early careers programmes such as apprenticeships or graduate schemes
