Key Responsibilities of the Technical Shop Floor Support (Production Engineer): Accompany the production team and provide technical support in identifying, analysing, and solving complex issues on the shop floor. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and help achieve the company's Operational Excellence targets. Assist in the management of disruptions, including supporting the identification and resolution of non-conformities. Collaborate with various teams, such as Work Preparation, Line Balancing, Maintenance, and other support functions, to optimise industrial systems and processes. Manage work orders, prioritise execution, and ensure the availability of necessary resources and documentation. Promote and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards on the shop floor. Maintain quality standards and support the application of production processes and procedures.
