Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Coordinator for our London office. This full-time, on-site role is vital in providing our clients with optimal temporary housing solutions.
You will work with international clients to understand their needs and coordinate with housing partners across the EMEA region to secure suitable accommodations. Your responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Coordinating bookings with housing partners
* Resolving issues promptly during the booking process
* Maintaining accurate records of interactions and bookings
* Collaborating with team members to share insights and improve service

Qualifications
