You’ll join a highly skilled service and commissioning team, working on live sites across the North West, supporting long‑term service contracts and project handovers. The business partners closely with leading control system manufacturers and integrators, utilising platforms such as Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric and Tridium, alongside energy analytics and IoT‑enabled solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Service, fault finding and commissioning of BMS systems on live sites
* Software modification, optimisation and system tuning
* Integration of third‑party devices and controls
* Client liaison and on‑site technical ownership
* Supporting energy efficiency and compliance targets
Key skills & experience
* Proven BMS service and/or commissioning background
* Experience with Trend, Siemens, Schneider and/or Tridium
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic capability
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
* Full UK driving licence
