To ensure the provision of effective, efficient, appropriate, high quality patient care over 24 hours, seven days a week. To deputise for the District Nursing Team Manager/Deputy in their absence. To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies. Main duties of the job A registered nurse permanent post has become available within the Central West District Nursing Team for a staff nurse who wishes to develop their nursing career within the exciting speciality of community nursing.
