We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef de partie to join our team at The Grand Hotel Sunderland. Your duties will include:
* Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
* Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
* Adhering to our stock control procedures.
* Working effectively as part of a busy team.
* Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
