What the Job Involves As a Housing Supply Officer, you will work to ensure the supply of Temporary Accommodation (TA) and Private Rented Sector (PRS) housing meets demand and standards. This role involves procuring properties, managing relationships with landlords, and negotiating leases. You will also provide advice to landlords, monitor delivery issues, and resolve complaints. Regular site visits to meet with managing agents and landlords are part of this role. Your work will support Enfield Council’s statutory responsibilities towards homeless clients, aiming to increase the supply of suitable housing solutions and reduce reliance on emergency and temporary accommodations.
