Areas of responsibility

* Posting of purchase invoices
* Accounts receivable duties including raising sales invoices, cash postings and credit control
* Managing shared accounts mailbox and dealing with email/telephone queries
* Assist with data collection for environmental reporting
* Dealing with audit queries
* Provide cover for Accounts receivable and payable function during period of leave/absence

Required skills

* Proactive with high level of initiative and willingness to learn
* Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to confidently communicate and develop productive relationships at all levels
* Adaptable and flexible approach
