Working alongside experienced partners and directors, you will provide tailored tax advice to a diverse client base involved in high-value corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading tax structuring and due diligence for M&A activities, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.
* Managing and delivering technical advisory reports and supporting post-sale integration and group rationalisation exercises.
* Driving the development and delivery of innovative tax solutions to enhance client outcomes and firm growth.
* Collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance team to deliver integrated client solutions that set the firm apart in the marketplace.
