St. Crispin's Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Intervention Teaching Assistant to support individuals and small groups of children in collaboration with the SENCO and Class Teacher. The children will need targeted interventions as well as general support in the classroom and, later, possibly over lunchtimes. This position is for 30 hours per week (8.45am-15.15pm) and funded by High Needs Funding and will be fixed term until August 2026.
Salary: KSA £24, 513 approx pro rata (£16, 805)

Applicants must have a good standard of education (GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths is required) and/or an NVQ or equivalent related to the post would be desirable.
Experience of working with children is vital. Our ideal candidates would be resilient, empathetic, patient, flexible, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills. The successful candidates may be asked to work in other areas around the school to support children.
