Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients.
The work is interesting and varied, and highly visible. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves managing adverse outcomes from errors in business and financial models. You will work on model development, validation, governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization services.
Wholesale: Help wholesale clients address challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, and non-financial reporting regulation.
Retail: Focus on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and client sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
Growth and Development: The three-year program helps build risk management expertise across finance sectors, supporting a professional qualification, the FRM certification.
Teams: Work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management to make a positive impact.
If you're curious, resilient, and adaptable, you could thrive with us.
Application process: We evaluate qualifications and personal qualities through an open application process, encouraging candidates even if they are slightly short of some grades.
Entry requirements: GCSE Maths Grade 5/B, GCSE English Grade 5/B, 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels (excluding General Studies), and a 2:1 undergraduate degree.
Training and development: Our comprehensive training includes an induction, courses, online learning, and support for the FRM certification, tailored to your learning style and career growth.
