Role Overview
As Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects supporting revenue growth and customer success. Your responsibilities include ensuring successful project delivery, delivering value to customers, aligning portfolios with strategic objectives, managing project P&L, milestones, customer satisfaction, and prioritizing resources. You will work closely with regional/vertical sales leaders on strategy, expansion, and customer engagement, including travel and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
* Business Development: Support sales with SOW reviews, upselling, and account growth; participate in pre-sales for up to 5 accounts; drive customer adoption.
* Service Delivery: Manage 5-10 active projects, ensure on-budget delivery, handle escalations, and ensure compliance with delivery playbooks; collaborate on staffing including GCC and partners.
* People Management: Lead 3-5 Project Managers, conduct engagement surveys, and oversee performance, development, and goal setting.
* Strategy Initiatives: Drive 1-2 strategic initiatives, develop account and regional strategies with sales, and exemplify core values of Impact, Ownership, and Relentlessness.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in project management, leadership, and software understanding.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including engaging with C-level executives.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies, problem-solving, and risk management.
* Customer-focused with a strategic vision to drive initiatives based on customer insights.

* Project success rate >90%; support for account expansion; quality and compliance metrics; upskilling targets; revenue and cost management.
