We specialise in domiciliary care, supported living, emergency care, and complex care, helping individuals live independently and with dignity in their own homes and within the community.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated and experienced care professionals to join our dynamic and compassionate team.
We're Looking for Team Members Who:
* Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in care, supported living, or complex needs support.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
* Are legally eligible to work in the UK – we are not currently offering sponsorship.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are confident with meal preparation and basic household support.
* Demonstrate a genuine, proactive, and dependable attitude.
* Are happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Can offer compassion, patience, and a person-centred approach when supporting clients and their families.
* Have experience or awareness of behavioural support techniques, especially for clients with dementia, autism, or mental health needs.
* A background in childcare is a plus when supporting younger clients or families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering tailored, person-centred care in clients' homes and community-based settings.
* Assisting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, physical disabilities, and other complex care needs.
* Supporting with daily living tasks: personal care, medication, meals, routines, and community involvement.
* Maintaining accurate and professional care records.
* Collaborating with families, health professionals, and team members to ensure high-quality care outcomes.
* Supporting wellbeing through companionship, meaningful activities, and emotional support.
* Ensuring homes are safe, clean, and comfortable.
* Applying effective behaviour management strategies as needed for individuals with cognitive impairments.
