Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Food Safety Manager, Lüleurgaz". Take this opportunity to GROW together!
Responsibilities include:
* Owning and managing all food safety systems across the plant
* Ensuring a comprehensive food safety management system is established and effective
* Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations/standards
* Implementing food safety procedures, instructions, and tools; maintaining up-to-date documentation
* Training personnel on food safety practices and standards
* Leading or coordinating food safety/HACCP meetings
* Conducting internal GMP and HACCP audits and following up on corrective actions
* Participating in food safety-related change management projects
* Supporting process, equipment, and method validation in line with GMP and regulatory requirements
About You
Qualifications include:
* Graduates of Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
* Willing to relocate to Lüleburgaz or residing there
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
* Deep knowledge of Food Safety Systems, HACCP, PRP, allergen control, and FSSC 22000
* Experience in risk assessments and root cause analysis within HACCP frameworks
* Understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP, EU, MoH, MoAF)
* Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
* Experience in validation, verification, calibration
* Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
* Minimum 2 years in the pharmaceutical or food industry
