Location: Mendip Green Primary School, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset Interview date: 22 June 2026 Contract: 11 hours 30 minutes per week over two days, term-time only. 12 month fixed term contract until 31 August 2027 (possible extension dependent on funding) Although it helps, it is not essential to be qualified to apply for this role. You will help inspire them to be confident and independent. You will need to be calm, patient, sensitive, and able to comfort children when they are upset. We are looking for people who demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a supportive learning environment. Formal qualifications help, but they’re not essential. You will help to create learning environments where pupils can expand their knowledge. You will work with the school community to uphold our trust and school values.
