Senior Quality Engineer This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you will take full ownership of the Quality function and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quality Engineer * Lead and manage the Quality department, setting direction and driving performance * Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100 / EN9100 standards * Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making * Ensure compliance with aerospace and customer-specific quality requirements * Oversee FAIRs, PPAP submissions, control plans, and quality documentation * Drive root cause analysis using tools such as 8D and Ishikawa * Monitor and improve supplier quality performance * Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and efficiency * Develop and report on KPIs to measure quality performance * Manage, mentor, and develop the Quality team * Act as the main point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters About You Essential: * Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer * Strong working knowledge of AS9100 / aerospace quality standards * Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologi...
