We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Specialist to join our team in Coventry starting asap. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone experienced in working with pupils who face behavioural challenges or have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Whether supporting in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, your impact will be felt every day. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting pupils with behavioural needs and/or SEND, encouraging their personal and academic development. Managing small groups with confidence and care. Promoting positive behaviour strategies in and out of the classroom. Building trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families. What We’re Looking For: A resilient, compassionate approach and strong classroom management skills. Experience working with challenging behaviour or SEND. A Level 3 qualification or a degree in Education, Special Inclusive Education, or a related field is ideal.
