Sytner Sunningdale is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Your role
As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers, and other ad-hoc duties. You will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and management team. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and promptly handling incoming customer inquiries.
Sytner Sales Administrators work flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to ensure high levels of customer service.
Your profile
Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous, along with proficient IT skills. We seek individuals committed to providing excellent customer service who thrive in busy, high-pressure environments. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, confident, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile. A passion for prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential.
