Finance Manager Warrington
Office Based — Permanent — £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This is an opportunity to join a successful business where you'll play a key role within a supportive finance team, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop and mentor the next generation of finance talent. Our client requires a highly experienced Qualified Accountant with experience of managing, who is wanting more exposure and long term opportunities. Reporting directly to you, you'll lead a team of 4 whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements. The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for accurate Monthly Management Accounts and reporting
* Stock and inventory analysis
* Rebate accounting and reporting
* Margin and profitability analysis
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Process improvements and reporting enhancements
* Team leadership, coaching and development
* Business Partner across all areas and build strong relationships
* Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and issue resolutions
* Communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
About You
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience)
* Strong management accounting background
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
* Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members
* Positive, proactive and hands‑on approach
