You must be an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, including complex and high-value claims
* Represent clients effectively and in line with the firm’s standards and values
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Clinical Negligence department
* Conduct local business development and secure referrals
* Engage in marketing initiatives, including website content and client outreach
* Develop and maintain relationships with established referral partners
* Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system
* Adhere to firm procedures and compliance requirements, including diary management
* Ensure regulatory compliance, including Money Laundering and Data Protection
