Sheridan Maine are seeking a detail-oriented Debt Recovery Specialist to support the Finance teams with legal recovery activity for a market leading business based in North Hampshire.
This newly created position will be working in partnership with legal, finance and risk teams. The role will encompass a wide range of duties, including:
1. Liaise with external agencies and maintain accurate system information
2. Produce a range of reporting for internal and external stakeholders
3. Monitor and chase ongoing cases to ensure team objectives are achieved
4. Coordinate with internal teams in the recovery of assets
5. Liaise with customers to arrange and facilitate asset collections
6. Review and generate documentation for legal requirements
7. Continually provide excellent communication and customer service throughout all recovery proceedings
This fantastic rare opportunity, will be ideal for a candidate with the following attributes and experience:
8. Knowledge of debt recovery and legal proceedings
9. Intermediate level Excel skills
10. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
11. Highly organised with the ability to multitask
12. Self motivated and able to use own initiative
