Are you an organised, efficient, and proactive professional with a passion for education? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a range of administrative and management roles in schools across Northampton, including Office Managers, School Administrators, and Cover Managers.
These key roles form the backbone of a school’s daily operation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and effectively. From managing staff absence cover and timetabling, to handling school communications, budgets, or supporting with admissions and safeguarding paperwork — your contribution will be integral to the school's success.
We're looking for experienced school administrators, or candidates from similar office environments who have transferable skills, including:
* Excellent IT and communication skills.
* Experience with SIMS or other school management systems (desirable).
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of GDPR and safeguarding procedures (preferred but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
