Administration/operations assistant needed for family business located in Shotgate. The company specialises in Property Maintenance in London and the surrounds.
We are now seeking a new member to join the team to coordinate our workforce and manage our client base.
Duties will primarily include answering the phones, taking detailed messages, and typing up all the quotes and invoices on the Xero system. Other duties will include ordering goods and materials, liaising with customers, suppliers, and our operatives to book jobs in and assist other members of staff with other ad hoc duties.
Applicants 'must' have office-based industry experience covering the Property Maintenance sector. Those who also have Xero experience will also have a distinct advantage
Candidates must have 6 GCSE's including grade C or above in English, and an accurate typing speed of at least 45 wpm. You must have your own car and driving license.
We are specifically looking for someone who will be dedicated, reliable, accurate and someone who has the initiative to effectively and meticulously help run the jobs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
