Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a rewarding role where your work truly matters? At Wilderness Way, we provide safe and comfortable homes for young people, and we need a hands‑on professional to help maintain and improve our properties.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.
* Work on a variety of tasks, from joinery and plumbing to decorating and grounds maintenance.
* Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children.
* Collaborate with our team and contractors to deliver high‑quality repairs.
* Take the lead on planned works and support the estates team with surveys and maintenance planning.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or construction.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
