Administration Assistant
Ashtead Hospital
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with patients by phone and letter
* Booking appointments
* Liaising with consultants and their secretaries
* Ensuring timely entry of appointments into the EPR system
* Scanning and auditing patient information
* Preparation of clinics
* Maintaining clinics on the EPR system
* Reception duties as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Excellent time-management skills
* Experience with a Patient Administration System (PAS) is advantageous
