Head of Change & Transformation Audit

Are you passionate about driving transformation and making a real impact? We are seeking a strategic and inspiring leader to join us as Head of Change & Transformation Audit.
About the role:
You will oversee how we audit Aviva’s most significant change and transformation agenda to date. You need to be a strong leader with a deep understanding of transformation and change risk management, capable of building influential networks across the business. Your insights will shape how we manage risks and deliver changes aligned with Aviva’s strategy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead relationships with senior transformation stakeholders across Aviva.
2. Communicate insights clearly and innovatively to influence decision-making at the executive level.
3. Design and implement our Change & Transformation Audit Plan.
4. Guide and support audit teams across Group Functions and all markets.
5. Lead and develop a high-performing team of 9 audit professionals, including change SMEs.
Candidate requirements:
1. Deep expertise in transformation and change risk management, demonstrated through leading company-wide change projects or complex change audits.
2. Extensive experience within the Insurance, Banking, or broader Financial Services sectors.
3. Proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence up to C-suite level.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing, developing, and motivating a dynamic team.
