You will build trusting relationships, offer early help and support, and when necessary, take decisive action to ensure children are safe and thriving. Our approach focuses on working collaboratively with families, empowering them to overcome challenges, while always keeping the child's voice at the centre of everything we do. You will be part of our Safeguarding and Support teams, comprising Team Managers, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Family Support Workers, across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on the local community and help improve and protect the lives of children and young people within Herefordshire.
