As a Welsh‑speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing customer inquiries, delivering accurate information, and guiding callers toward the appropriate resources and support services. Requirements
* Customer service/contact centre experience
* Fluent Welsh Speaker
