Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a client based in Chandlers Ford, Near Southampton, Hampshire. You will be working for a construction company at there head office, duties will be as follows - Accounts Payable End to End (Not Payments) Entering Supplier invoices Reconciling supplier Statements Dealing with disputes Weekly timesheets Working alongside the construction tema Entering timesheets into excel and uploading Checking and sending off agency timesheets Weekly salary wages, entering timesheet and submitting to our own accounts Weekly payment batching working alongside the commerical team Entering subcontractor invoices, passing on to the commerical team for sign off General Admin Filing, Scanning and storing invoices, Skill - Excel, Email, Sage, Construct If you are interested in this role please send you CV over and lets have a chat
