Architect – Essex | £40K-£50K Are you an Architect interested in public sector projects? We’re working with an Essex-based multidisciplinary consultancy that focuses on the education and healthcare sectors. As an Architect in this role, you’ll work on projects across RIBA stages, picking schemes from initial feasibility, through design and technical drawings, and finally delivery on site. The big attraction for most Architects is the opportunity to collaborate with teammates from other disciplines and to work on projects across all stages. Giving you well-rounded experience and job satisfaction. Working on public sector projects is another plus, offering job security, a consistent workload, diverse experience, and impactful projects. What’s needed for this Architect role? You’ll need to be an ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with previous experience running projects. Education or healthcare experience isn’t essential, but would be a bonus. All RIBA stage experience is helpful, but we can consider people who are more design/technical – the wider team can support you. More about the company Employ around 60 people across two different offices. Grown significantly over the last 12 months and introducing new service lines – an exciting journey to be part of. Offers Hybrid Working and Flexible Working Hours. Very competitive bonus scheme structure, not often seen in typical architecture practices. Sounds interesting and want to know more?
