Are you a passionate and talented UX Designer looking to make a meaningful impact? MHR, a leading provider of HR, Payroll and Finance software solutions, is seeking a creative and dedicated UX Designer to join our dynamic team at our Ruddington office in Nottingham.
As a UX Designer at MHR, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our cutting-edge HR, Payroll and Finance software products. Your work will directly influence how our clients interact with our platforms, ensuring they have intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to drive innovative solutions and deliver exceptional user-centric designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviours, needs, and pain points.
* Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and refine product requirements.
* Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
* Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills / Experience:
* Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
* Proficiency in design tools Figma.
* Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
* Familiarity with agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
