Key Responsibilities
* Support and deputise for the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
* Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
* Assist with menu planning and development, gaining more autonomy over time

* Support cost control, stock management, and ordering
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Work closely with management to deliver excellent service
