Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.
* Assess clients’ needs and customize treatments to ensure maximum satisfaction.
* Maintain a clean and organized treatment room to uphold spa standards.
* Educate clients on the benefits of massage and self-care practices.
* Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
* Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
* Promote spa services and products to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
* Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Ohio.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and anatomy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Passion for wellness and a commitment to client satisfaction.
* Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
* CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
