What You’ll Do
* Call and connect with leads daily to schedule appointments for our real estate agents
* Build relationships with potential clients by following up consistently through phone, text, and email
* Qualify leads to make sure they’re a good fit for our services and ready to move forward
* Use our CRM to manage and update lead activity so our agents can take fast action
* Track your performance and stay accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
* Report daily results and consistently seek coaching to improve
* Take ownership of your growth and earning potential

Compensation
* 100% commission-based

Responsibilities
* Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
* Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
* Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
* Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
* Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications
* Show good organizational and time management skills
* Past sales experience is preferred
* Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
* Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
