We are currently looking for Full or Part-Time Female Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our friendly, dedicated team supporting service users across Basildon and Laindon.
🚗 A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

💷 Pay Rates
2. Mon–Fri: £12.21 per hour
3. Sat: £12.51 per hour
4. Sun: £12.71 per hour
5. Mileage: £0.30 per mile
⏰ Shift Patterns
Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
6. Day shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
7. Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
8. Sleep-in / Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🌟 Your Role as a Support Worker / Care Assistant
You’ll play a vital role our female service user to live independently, with dignity and confidence. No two days are the same—you’ll be supporting service users at home and in the community, making a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care
10. Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
11. Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities
12. Providing companionship and emotional support
13. Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication
14. Supporting mobility and rehabilitation after hospital stays
