What you will do
* Provide specialist Occupational Therapy interventions using an evidence-based, flexible, and patient-centred approach.
* Work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team to address and meet the complex health and social care needs of the patients referred to our services.
* Offer supervision and leadership to junior occupational therapy staff members.
* Provide supervision and training for students on practice placements.
* Engage in the planning, development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services within a designated specialist team.
* Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to ensure exceptional delivery of Occupational Therapy services across all pathways.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS.
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
