Senior Building Surveyor - Bromsgrove District & Redditch Borough Council Location: Bromsgrove / Redditch Hours: 37 per week Rate: £23.59 PAYE / £29.69 Umbrella Contract: Ongoing Team: Property Services About the Opportunity Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough Council are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join their Property Services Team. You will play a key role in ensuring a diverse property portfolio is safe, compliant, and well-maintained - covering operational service buildings, commercial units, leisure facilities, industrial sites, and heritage assets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surveyor who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment and enjoys leading on technical, project-based, and maintenance-focused work across multiple building types.
