At Nationwide we openly put our customers at the centre of every decision we make as a business. Every role, no matter what it's doing, is customer focused. In Customer Resolutions, our focus is on resolving issues for our customers when things go wrong and preventing them from happening again. This could be dealing with a customer complaint, resolving customer data issues or remediating our customers when we find we have made a mistake.
We are passionate about giving our customers personalised responses to deliver the best outcomes possible and it's an exciting time to join the team as we embark on streamlining all our Customer Resolutions communications and bringing in efficiencies to ensure that our customers receive consistently excellent customer experiences.
You will play a core role in the development of new communications to support our Remediation Programmes, working at pace to address the needs of the programmes whilst working closely with our colleagues in LRM & Design to ensure that all communications are in line with our brand requirements. Having obtained the required skills and competence, you will use this expertise to ensure that we have appropriate governance and controls of these communications across Customer Resolutions.
This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, Bournemouth, Northampton, London or Dunfermline office. Whilst these locations are where we are primarily looking to fill the role, if you're an internal applicant based in a different location we would welcome your application and if successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this could work for this specific role. You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.
Nationwide is committed to the redeployment of our employees impacted by change, as such applications for redeployment candidates will be prioritised in this recruitment process.
If you're a colleague on long term absence (for example, on parental leave) or a temporary worker, please use your personal email address to submit an application.
