As part of our dynamic UK Sales Team, working within our Out of Home channel, this role offers a significant opportunity for an aspiring Business Development Manager. Surrounded by a talented team, the candidate's raw talent will be developed into a high-performing sales professional.

How you will contribute
You will:
* Focus on developing & retaining profitable new business opportunities within key customers in the Foodservice channel. There is still significant growth potential in the UK Foodservice sector.
* Develop business at multiple levels, including Route to Market Account Managers, Contract Caterer Buyers, and Site Level Catering Managers.
* Agree and execute Joint Business Plans with Contract Caterers to drive distribution gains.
* Liaise with customer decision-makers as the key point of contact.
* Conduct strategic depot calls and site visits to activate products and deliver sales incentives.
* Retain and grow existing relationships while introducing new product lines to established customers.
* Attend trade shows, business development days, and site activations as relevant.
* Ensure timely completion of administrative and reporting requirements for all work activities.

* Previous Foodservice sales experience is preferred but not essential.
