The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will manage business across key accounts throughout South Wales, leading local account planning for priority hospital accounts and the Integrated Care Boards (ICB) structure. The role involves developing and executing a local account strategy to maximise business potential from launch through various engagement channels, aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, prepare and implement a territory business plan from launch, based on a clear understanding of local NHS and customer priorities, working with the Regional Business Manager, KAM and ML colleagues.
* Achieve or exceed sales and new patient start targets through focused customer interactions, including face‑to‑face calls, meetings and digital tactics.
* Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of the cardio–metabolic therapeutic area and relevant competitor products.
* Support HCPs by continuing to develop and grow their key capabilities in line with the client’s strategy for building lasting customer relationships.
* Collaborate closely with local KAM, ML and key Head Office colleagues to ensure strong teamwork and support of the customer base, leading to optimum business achievement.
* Demonstrate high integrity and compliance at all times.

* ABPI qualified.
* Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.
* Full UK driving licence.
