Competitive salary Full time, Permanent Hybrid working model What you'll do: Provide HR guidance to managers and employees in line with policies and employment law. Manage employee relations, performance, absence, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and TUPE transfers, supporting consultation processes. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency. Support investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and formal HR proceedings. Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and deliver efficient HR administration. Contribute to the development of the HR function and participate in training, meetings, and appraisals. Uphold company policies, professionalism, and organisational values. What you'll need: 1-2+ years' experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, preferably within a multi-site organisation. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of employment law in Northern Ireland and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
