We have multiple positions in our commercial property and corporate team. Whether you are newly qualified or a seasoned solicitor with over 10 years of PQE, our roles offer a fantastic opportunity to grow and shape your future. Our focus is to provide exceptional client care and build long-lasting professional relationships with our clients and we are looking for candidates with exceptional client care skills.
Your Role:
* Varied Workload: Due to the diverse nature of our practice, we offer a varied caseload and great learning opportunities. You will oversee your own caseload and support a wide variety of cases that will help you expand your horizons.
* Client Care: You will handle high-value matters with a personal touch and deliver best-in-class legal services to clients.
* Business Growth: You will contribute to shaping the future of the firm through business development and will engage in marketing and networking activities.
* Compliance: You will be focused on compliance and well-versed in SRA standards.
* Organisation: You will be organised in your approach and can navigate case management systems effectively.
Areas of Expertise:
We are looking for competent professionals who are conversant in some or all of these areas (depending on PQE) - Buying and selling commercial property, Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants, Land agreements (options, promotions, pre-emption, overage), Planning agreements including S.106 and biodiversity, Re-finance and Development Property Finance, Estate development set-ups, Buying and selling businesses (asset/share purchase agreements), Business contracts including joint venture, shareholder, partnership, and LLP agreements, Business finance and Inter-company reorganisations.
