The Role
* Manage customer support across your portfolio of accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing long-term professional relationships.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote additional services.
* Carry out regular performance and strategy reviews with clients.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

* Previous experience within an account management or client support role.
* Confident building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Commercially aware with the ability to spot revenue opportunities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
