Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the national curriculum. Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress. Support pupils individual learning needs through effective differentiation and personalised approaches. Establish and maintain positive behaviour expectations to ensure a focused, productive learning space. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to promote whole-school success. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers. Contribute to school events and initiatives that foster a strong sense of community. Person Specification We welcome applications from individuals who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have successfully completed their ECT period. Are confident and adaptable teaching across different year groups and school settings. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences. Are patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting pupils individual needs and progress.
