Planner / Senior Planner - Construction
Location: Cambridgeshire
Company: Tier 1 Contractor
Salary: Up £75,000 plus car/allowance & benefits
Due to a significant project win, this highly regarded tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to work on a long term project in the Cambridgeshire area. The overall scheme is a 3 year redevelopment programme and the initial project is a £30m office/industrial development. The successful Planner will work on this project and provide support on tenders as part of the regional planning team.
The company has an excellent pipeline of secured work, much of which is long term frameworks with projects ranging from £10m to £80m across a range of construction sectors, including education, health, commercial, MOJ and MOD works.
Key Requirements:
- Construction/building background preferred with a minimum of 5 years planning experience working for a main contractor.
- Tender and live works planning experience.
- NEC contract experience is desirable.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (HND/Degree).
- Driving licence is essential.
Location:
Site based with flexible working available and occasional office visits.
