Machine Operator / Production Operative Location: Blackburn BB1 Hours: Shift pattern – 2 days 6am to 6pm, 2 nights 6pm to 6am, 4 days off Axon Moore is working with a multiple award-winning manufacturing company based in Blackburn, who are currently looking for motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join their busy department. About the Role As part of an experienced production team, you’ll operate machinery and help maintain high standards on the production line. The role demands a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to health and safety. You will need to stay alert and focused at all times — there’s no room for complacency. The role involves working at height, so confidence in this area is essential, along with good eyesight. A sound knowledge of English and maths is also required. A willingness to learn and develop new skills is vital.
