* To fill in all end of month spreadsheets
* Ensuring dispatch target achieved
People Management
* To recruit, train and retain the team
* To provide and record ongoing training to the team
* To highlight underperformance and support with action plan
* To work with supervisors to achieve branch standards
* To ensure the teams wellbeing needs are met
People Planning
* Completion of Elf rotas
* Management of Elf exceptions
* Holiday management
* Daily floor rota, including lunches
* Summer temp recruitment
* Summer temp rotas
Customer Service
* Role model of excellent customer service on the shop floor
* Being an escalation point for customer complaint
* Actively check the branch inbox
* Spot check customer service supervisor is following company processes (correct phone greeting and email sign off)
Knowledge & Skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Netsuite
* 3 years management/supervisor experience
