Role: Demobilisation Manager
Location: National (travel across England & Wales)
Contract: 6 Months | Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
* Lead FM contract demobilisation across multiple sites
* Manage transition between outgoing and incoming service providers
* Ensure continuity of Hard & Soft FM services in secure environments
* Apply NEC3/NEC4 contractual requirements
* Oversee completion of asset registers, compliance data, and handover documentation
* Manage supplier performance at contract end and support formal close-out
* Engage with stakeholders and provide regular programme reporting
* Identify and escalated risks effectively
Requirements
* Strong FM operational and contract management experience
* Experience in complex, multi‑site estates (public sector desirable)
* Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
* Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with mobilisation/demobilisation or contract exit activity
